Please read the author’s guidelines before submitting your summary:

1. Summaries (200 to 300 words) should cover one or more topics.
2. The summary should be written in Arabic or English, adhering to the preparation and submission conditions or using the attached summary template (Appendix 1).
3. The summary must include: Research Title – First Author 1, *, Second Author 2, Third Author 3 – Corresponding Author: Name, Phone Number, Email.
4. The summary must be in MS Word format; submission in any other format is not allowed. It is recommended to use the attached template when writing the summary of the research paper intended for submission to the conference.
5. The researcher must strictly follow the technical instructions, and the summary should include the study topic and its rationale, the approach taken, the methodology used, case studies, results, and recommendations. The word count of the summary should not exceed 200-300 words. Personal data or sources should not be included within the summary. Author details should only be written at the top of the page as specified, and any paper that does not comply with this format will not be considered.
6. Press the “Submit” button at the end of the page.
7. Wait for confirmation of submission to be sent to your email address.

9. After your summary is accepted, the corresponding author must sign the participation consent form; upon acceptance of your summary, you will be invited to optionally present in the scientific sessions (a presentation template will be sent after approval) or participate in publishing in the conference booklet after using the research template prepared by the scientific committee of the conference.
10. The paper must be written in Arabic or English and prepared using Appendix 2.
11. Figures and tables must be included and not submitted separately.
12. All papers will undergo a review process by external reviewers under the supervision of the scientific committee.
13. For acceptance notification, please refer to the important dates.
14. Please note that all paper presenters must complete the online registration process and settle any outstanding balance before the conference if they wish to obtain a certificate of attendance. Retain the receipt and send it to the email cs-ssaas-cs@pnu.edu.sa
