Please read the author’s guidelines before submitting the scientific poster:

1. The submission must cover one or more topics from the conference themes.
2. Poster size: A1.
3. Adhere to using the poster template (Appendix 3).
4. Your file must be uploaded as a print-ready PDF with CMYK at 300 DPI or higher.
5. Press the “Submit” button at the end of the page.
6. Wait for a confirmation of submission to be sent to your email address.
7. If you do not receive confirmation, contact: cs-ssaas-cs@pnu.edu.sa
8. All posters will undergo a review process by external reviewers under the supervision of the scientific committee.
9. For acceptance notification, please refer to the important dates.
10. The poster will be printed at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University.
11. The poster should be an attractive visual presentation of your work, including graphics, images, and diagrams.
12. The title of your summary, author names, and the name of your affiliated university or center should appear at the top of the poster.
13. The poster will be displayed in the exhibition area throughout the conference.
14. Participants are encouraged to stay near their posters during this time to answer any questions attendees may have.
15. Please note that all paper presenters must complete the online registration process and settle any outstanding balance before the conference if they wish to obtain a certificate of attendance. Retain the receipt and send it to the email cs-ssaas-cs@pnu.edu.sa.
